Jill+Russ+Creative Details like Crazy = AWESOME Wedding

For starters — the couple gorgeous….Jill was so great with creative ideas that we kept going from customized wait staff aprons, to specialty drink with custom straws to her Black Tie BBQ Sauce….the list of items are endless.  What made this wedding even better was the fantastic work of Justin and Mary Marantz that flew down from Conneticut to get us these GREAT images!  I have a feeling I mighthave to do a 2nd details posting once I get the CD from them!!

Colorful Katie and Elling

if anyone asked me to describe Katie and Elling the words, “nicest people in the world” would have to be part of the description.  Katie was not afraid to have fun with color.  Must be something to do with that insanely fabulous red hair! The pics from Magdalena photography show off some of the jewel tones used throughout but the biggest part of the party??  THE FOOD!!!   Holy crap…did they have food.   The best part of the food???  Hmmmm…..okay had to be the desserts.  Let’s start off with the specialty dessert shots from Seasons 52.  If you haven’t been the restaurant – GO!  And have every single dessert shot glass they offer.  We made special arrangements with the chef over there to bring them over in mini disposable shot glasses.  To die for.  The other pretty awesome element — The Kilwin’s cart.  Those guys are just awesome and when they make the fresh waffle cones on site it sure leaves the whole place smelling like bakery goodness.  Sigh…..so here I am 10 lbs heavier reporting this wedding set at the super awesome Bonnet House (thanks again Nicholle for making it all run so smoothly — you guys are great!)

Cali to Mondrian to Vizcaya and Fabulous!

The bride from the Los Angeles are…my home town….sniff…. was so much fun to work with because she had such unbelievable taste.  She had a really great rehearsal at the Mondrian and pretty sweet wedding at Vizcaya.  Lots of cool features from paper flowers, ghost chairs great lounge furniture royal tables ande so much more, more, more!  The pictures are courtesy of the amazing Scarlett Lillian.

Islamorada Beach Wedding

Amy and Tom are married!  What an incredibly fun house.  This house is a rentable property in Islamorada that can sleep 24, has an infinity pool, private beach and amazing venue for 100 person or less wedding.  This wedding was a black and white on the beach theme and every aspect of the event glowed.  One of my fave caterers, Chez Gourmet, catererd the event.  What was so great is that the event manager Michelle is getting married later this year and loved the house so much that she decided it should be her venue as well.  The weather was gorgeous, the food delcious and the overall feel of the wedding — FANTASTIC!  Congrats to them both!  Photos courtesy of the wonderful Melissa Perez.  Thank you!!
