Last year’s colour was purple, purple, purple, the year before – orange. This is the year of green. Not just sage, rosemary, mint, celery, celadon or equal color palettes but also green in spirit from an ecological standpoint. I love a big extravagant affair more than anybody. At the end of the night, when the lights go on for cleanup it breaks my heart to see some the ideas that could be recycled or reused. It is my goal this year to minimize our impact on good ole mother earth while still providing delicious details and tantalizing treats. Check out some pics of earth friendly ideas.
